James Grundlingh

James Grundlingh graduated from the University of the Free State and joined Webber Newdigate in 1991. After completing his articles he was appointed as a Professional Assistant and later became a Partner.  He has extensive experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation; particularly relating to insurance claims. He also assists clients with liquidation applications.

Mr Grundlingh is a member of the Lesotho Law Society and the Law Society of the Free State.  Areas of practice include Magistrate’s Court Litigation, High Court Litigation and Insurance Law and Litigation.
