LEX Africa welcomes Rwandan member firm to the Alliance!

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Rwandan firm AIMS Capital Associates have joined the Alliance!

Counsel Alloys Mutabingwa is the Founder and Chairperson of Aims Capital Associates. He is Former Deputy Secretary General of the East African Community (EAC-2009-2011) in-charge of economic planning, financial sector integration, infrastructure development, investment, promotion and private sector development, among others.  He is chairing a National Task Force for the establishment of a Rwanda Branch of the London Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-CIArb (Fellow of CIArb).
